摘　　要：文章通过合理的“理实一体化”教学培养方案、优良的教学/实训设备设施、庞大的“双师型”教师队伍,以就业为导向,注重"学用一体化"的校企合作联合培养模式下的教学改革,克服了传统教学模式下理论与实践相脱节的弊端,实现专业理论知识传授和实践技能训练的统一。结果表明,学生在数据处理能力、分析解决问题能力、知识应用能力、创新能力、科研兴趣和科研意识方面得到了大幅度的提升。A reasonable"integration of theory and practice"teaching and training program,excellent teaching/training equipment and facilities,a large"double qualified"teacher team,employment oriented and focusing on the teaching reform under the school enterprise cooperation and joint training mode of"integration of learning and application",which overcomes the disadvantage of disconnection between theory and practice under the traditional teaching mode,realize the unity of professional theoretical knowledge teaching and practical skill training.The results show that students'data processing ability,problem-solving ability,knowledge application ability,innovation ability,scientific research interest and scientific research consciousness have been greatly improved.
