摘 要:目的调查研究泉州市第一医院护士产后返岗的工作满意度。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对泉州市第一医院2019年1月至2020年1月产后返岗的150名护士的工作满意情况进行调查。结果通过调查研究显示,我院护士产后返岗的工作满意度在一般资料方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生育年龄31~35岁、本科以上学历、生育时工作时间9~16年、内科、胎次为2次、月收入3000~5000元、离岗时间在1~2年、正式在编、返岗后培训时间较长的护士返岗后工作满意度较高。Pearson相关分析结果显示,护士生育时工作时间、离岗时间、返岗后培训时间与返岗后工作满意度呈显著正相关,r=0.170、0.983、0.210,P=0.025、0.017、0.005;生育年龄、教育水平、科室、职位、胎次、收入、编制情况对护士产后返岗的工作满意度存在一定影响,r=0.945、0.877、0.749、0.394、0.297、0.641、0.912,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士产后返岗工作满意度下降现象较为普遍,护士生育时工作时间、离岗时间、返岗后培训时间是可能影响产后返岗护士工作满意度的重要因素,同时也应重视生育年龄、教育水平、科室、职位、胎次、收入、编制情况对产后返岗后工作满意度的影响,有针对性的进行干预,以更好稳定医院护理队伍发展。Objective To investigate and study the job satisfaction of nurses returning to work after childbirth in Quanzhou First Hospital.Methods A total of 150 nurses who returned to work after childbirth in Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were investigated for job satisfaction by a convenience sampling method.Results The investigation showed that the job satisfaction of nurses returning to work after childbirth in our hospital differed in terms of general information(P<0.05).Where,nurses with child-bearing age of 31-35 years old,bachelor degree or above,9-16 years of working life at the time of childbirth,working at the internal medicine department,2 births,monthly income between 3000 to 5000 yuan,time of leaving from work between 1 and 2 years,formally on staff,and long training time after returning to work had higher job satisfaction after they return to work.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the working life at the time of childbirth,time of leaving from work,and time in training after returning to work were significantly and positively correlated with job satisfaction of nurses after returning to work(r=0.170,0.983,0.210,P=0.025,0.017,0.005).Child-bearing age,education level,working department,position,birth order,monthly income,and on staff were influence factors for the job satisfaction of nurses returning to work after childbirth(r=0.945,0.877,0.749,0.394,0.297,0.641,0.912,P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Conclusion The decline in job satisfaction of nurses returning to work after childbirth is common,and the working life of nurses at the time of childbirth,time of leaving from work,and training time after returning to work are important factors that may affect the job satisfaction of nurses returning to work after childbirth.Meanwhile,attention should also be paid to the influence of child-bearing age,education level,working department,position,birth order,monthly income and on staff on job satisfaction of nurses after returning
