摘 要:目的为了同时提高留学实习生及规培生的双语医学知识,创新设计了留学实习生教育的新“1+1+1+1”模式并在内科推行。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月在我院实习的临床医学专业留学实习生共20名及符合标准的结对同性别内科规培生共20名为研究对象。根据学号顺序将留学实习生分为A,B两组。A组为普通结对制,B组新“1+1+1+1”模式即1名留学生辅导员+1名留学生导师+1名结对规培生+1名留学生,成绩独立排名,禁止交流。结果B新“1+1+1+1”模式组的结对规培生及留学生双语医学基础考试成绩均显著高于A组普通结对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B新“1+1+1+1”模式组留学生的按时出勤率、学习及生活满意率均显著高于A普通结对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新“1+1+1+1”模式能够同时提高内科留学实习生及规培生的双语医学知识,提升留学生出勤率及满意度。Objective In order to improve the bilingual medical knowledge of international interns and resident students,a new"1+1+1+1"mode was designed and implemented in internal medicine.Methods A total of 20 interns majoring in clinical medicine interned in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 and 20 qualified pairs of same-sex internal medicine students were selected as the research objects.According to the student number order,the international interns are divided into groups A and B.Group A is an ordinary pairing system,and group B has a new"1+1+1+1"mode,that is,1 International Student Counselor+1 international student tutor+1 pairing training student+1 international student.The results are ranked independently and communication is prohibited.Results The scores of bilingual basic medical examination of paired students and foreign students in the new"1+1+1+1"model group B were significantly higher than those in the general paired group A(P<0.05).The on-time attendance rate,learning and life satisfaction rate of foreign students in the new"1+1+1+1"mode group B were significantly higher than those in the common pairing group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The new"1+1+1+1"mode can improve the bilingual medical knowledge of international interns and resident students,and improve the attendance and satisfaction of international interns.
