摘　　要：目前,在临床医学的各个分支领域内专科培养体系已经广泛的开展和普及,要应对不断变化的研究培养模式和教学理念,就要从本质上对泌尿外科的教学模式进行改革,不断更新教学理念,通过引进其他学科的先进教学方法及教学理念,形成一套更加完善的教学模式,使其更加有效的培养泌尿外科专业人才。本文从当前临床教学所面临的问题入手,以高水平完成泌尿外科临床教学任务教为目标,以当前泌尿外科专业硕士生为研究对象,参考国外先进手术模拟器教育的成熟经验并结合我国当前的实际情况,拟建立一套通过泌尿外科内镜手术模拟器来培养适合我校专业学位研究生专科技能培养体系,以提高我校泌尿外科研究生的泌尿外科理论基础及临床实践能力。Currently,the specialized training system has been widely developed and popularized in all branches of clinical medicine.In order to cope with the constantly changing research training mode and teaching idea,we should reform the teaching mode of urology department in essence and update the teaching idea constantly.By introducing advanced teaching methods and teaching concepts from other disciplines,a more perfect teaching model is formed to train urology professionals more effectively.This article obtains from the current problems faced by clinical teaching,with high levels of urology clinical teaching task teaching as the goal,in the urology professional master graduate student as the research object,and refer to foreign advanced education surgery simulator mature experience and combined with the actual situation of our country current,intends to establish a set of urology endoscopic surgery simulator to train suitable professional master graduate student in our school specialized skill training system,in order to improve the uropoiesis surgical department of urology graduate theoretical basis and clinical practice ability.
