摘  要:西方国家专科护士发展较早,我们国家直到20世纪90年代才逐渐开始进行专科护士培训和使用的实践和探索。目前我国专科护士培训和使用存在一些问题,包括:专科护士教育体系未能形成、教育内容尚未规范、师资力量较为薄弱;与此同时,专科护士使用不够合理、认证制度尚未完善、岗位职责未能明确。应该结合我国临床护理发展需要以及借鉴西方发达国家经验,建议发展专科护士多元培养模式、完善专科护士培训内容以及根据临床需要设立专科护士岗位、实施专科护士专职岗位管理。The development of specialist nurses in Western countries is relatively early.China has gradually begun to train and use specialist nurses in the 1990s,there are some problems in the training and use of specialized nurses in our country,including:the training and education system of specialist nurses in our country has not yet been formed,the teaching content is not standardized,the strength of teachers is relatively weak;the management experience of hospital specialist nurses is insufficient,the qualification certification system is not perfect,and the job responsibilities and work contents are not clear.It is suggested that according to the present situation of the educational structure of nurses in our country,we should formulate a hierarchical training plan,develop diversified training models,and give priority to improving the training of specialist nurses;according to the needs of the work in the field of clinical nursing,we should set up specialist nurses'posts in a planned way.implement the professional post management of specialized nurses,so as to explore the training mode and management system of specialized nurses which accord with the national conditions of our country and adapt to the clinical development.
