摘　　要：总结了我国近十年来冷冻饮品行业产量和出口产量趋势,分析了冷冻饮品中的微生物污染,对比了我国与国际组织以及欧美等国家冷冻饮品微生物标准之间的差异,为我国的冷冻饮品生产企业提高产量和出口量提供参考。This paper summarizes the trend of the output and export of frozen drinks in China in recent ten years,analyzes the microbial pollution in frozen drinks,and compares the differences between the microbiological standards of frozen drinks between China and international organizations,as well as European and American countries,so as to provide reference for China’s frozen drinks manufacturers to improve product output and export volume.
