摘　　要：我国内地高校翻译专业成立十几年来,形成了本科、硕士、博士完整的人才培养体系。翻译专业发展迅速,在我国经济发展、文化交流方面发挥着重要的纽带作用。随着人工智能、大数据、云计算等技术的不断发展,社会对翻译人才的需求也发生了巨大的变化,越来越需要既精通翻译,又擅长翻译技术运用,以及融合其他专业的复合型、应用型翻译人才,这对高校翻译专业人才培养提出了新的挑战。本文旨在从课程特色、专业融合、技术素养、政产学研融合方面探讨复合型翻译人才培养模式,提高翻译人才培养质量。Over the past ten years since the establishment of the translation major in the universities of the Chinese mainland,a complete talent cultivation system for undergraduates,masters,and doctors has been formed.The rapid development of the translation major has played an important role in Chinese economic development,cultural exchanges,and Chinese culture going global.With the continuous development of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,and other technologies,the demand for translation talents has also undergone tremendous changes.There is a growing need for multi-skilled practical translation talents who are not only proficient in translation,but also good at applying translation technology and integrating other disciplines,which poses a new challenge to the cultivation of translation talents in higher education institutions.This paper aims to explore the cultivation mode of multi-skilled translation talents from the aspects of curriculum characteristics,integration of different disciplines,technological literacy,and Government-Industry-University-Research Cooperation so as to develop better translation talents.
