摘 要:教学在高校教育系统中处于中心地位,也是高校教师学术活动的重要内容。高校青年教师是高校教学活动的主力军,其教学学术水平直接影响高校人才培养质量。基于华中地区H省11所不同类型普通本科学校青年教师的问卷调查数据分析发现:当前高校青年教师教学学术水平总体状况良好,但各个组成维度存在显著的群体性差异,个人意愿和院校支持对青年教师教学学术水平有显著的正向促进作用,但目前院校在教师评价制度和对教学学术交流方面的支持力度存在明显不足。因此,提升高校青年教师教学学术水平可以通过营造氛围、建立交流协作机制、提高培训的针对性等发展路径。Teaching plays a central role in university education system and is also an important part of academic activities of university faculty.Young university faculty are the main force of teaching activities in universities,and their teaching scholarship affects the quality of university talent training.Based on the survey data of faculty from 11 different types of ordinary undergraduate universities in province H of Central China,the results show that the teaching scholarship of young faculty in universities is generally in good condition,but there are significant group differences in the different dimensions of teaching scholarship;individual willingness and university support have significant positive effects on the teaching scholarship level of young university faculty.Among them,the universities’support has obvious shortcomings in faculty evaluation system and the teaching and research exchanges.In order to improve the teaching scholarship level of young university faculty,it is proposed to create a strong atmosphere,establish a mechanism for exchange and cooperation,and improve the pertinence of training.
