创伤经历对农村留守青少年创伤反应的影响效应

摘  要:本研究运用整群抽样法,采用《创伤经历量表》《应对方式量表》《领悟社会支持量表》《创伤性反应量表》,对湖南省永州市1030名(49.2%为男生)农村留守青少年进行测试,旨在考察创伤经历对农村留守青少年创伤性反应的影响,以及领悟社会支持在其中的中介效应和应对方式的调节效应。研究结果表明:(1)创伤经历与领悟社会支持(r=-0.15,p<0.001)、应对方式(r=-0.06,p<0.001)呈显著负相关,与创伤性反应呈显著正相关(r=0.34,p<0.001);(2)创伤经历对创伤性反应具有显著正向预测作用(β=0.35,t=11.90,p<0.001),领悟社会支持在创伤经历与创伤性反应之间起显著的中介作用(effect=0.02,SE=0.01,95%CI=[0.01,0.03]);(3)应对方式领悟社会支持的中介路径的后半段(β=-0.06,t=-2.50,p<0.05)有显著调节作用。该研究结果对于干预留守青少年的创伤性反应具有重要参考价值。Based on the survey data of 1030 rural left-behind teenagers in Yongzhou City,Hunan Province,an empirical analysis was made on the relevance and impact of traumatic experiences on the traumatic response of rural left-behind teenagers,as well as the mediating effect of comprehension of social support and the moderating effect of coping styles.Results showed that:(1)Traumatic experience and perceived social support(r=-0.15,p<0.001),coping style(r=-0.06,p<0.001)were significantly negatively correlated with traumatic response(r=0.34,p<0.001);(2)Traumatic experience positively predicted traumatic response(β=0.35,t=11.90,p<0.001),and perceiving social support played a significant mediating role between traumatic experience and traumatic response(Effect=0.02,SE=0.01,95%CI=[0.01,0.03]);(3)Style of response significantly mediated the latter half of the mediation pathway from traumatic experience to understanding social support to traumatic response(β=-0.06,t=-2.50,p<0.05).The results of this study have important reference value for the intervention of traumatic response in left-behind teenagers.
