摘 要:在明清医家看来,纵欲既可以直接为机体带来疾病,也可以通过损耗“真元”,使机体更容易发生疾病。纵欲具有致使全身病变的能力——无论是思想还是行为。因此,纵欲与疾病具有最为根本的联系。明清医家对纵欲致病产生机理的阐释不尽相同,这源于对“纵欲导致疾病”逻辑的笃信,这种逻辑的核心是“精”与纵欲的张力。调和这种张力的“节欲”表明,纵欲也许并非病因,但一定是普适于疾病的解释。明清医家开始了理论自觉,对前辈医家理论进行反思,通过对房中术的批判,在理论上进一步划清了医学的边界。In the view of doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties,sensual-indulgence not only directly leads to disease,but also depletes the"Zhen Yuan",which makes the body more susceptible to disease.Indulgence has the ability to cause systemic diseases,whether in thought or behavior.Therefore,there is a fundamental link between lust and disease.Doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties have different interpretations of the pathogenesis of indulgences.This comes from the belief in the logic of"indulgence causes disease",the core of which is the tension between"Jing"and indulgence."Abstinence"is a way to reconcile this tension,and its research suggests that indulgence may not be the cause,but it must be part of the explanation.From then on,doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties began to be self-conscious in theory,reflecting on the theories of their predecessors,and further demarcating the boundaries of medicine in theory through the criticism of"Fang Zhong Shu".
