摘 要:在物联网、大数据、人工智能高速发展的背景下,物流行业正发生着翻天覆地的变化,作为物流管理专业的学生除了需要具备行业企业所需职业能力之外,更应该重视终身学习能力的培养。只有不断学习新技术、新理论、新知识,才能胜任物流相关职业岗位,实现个体发展与行业发展的同步。基于上述人才培养的要求,构建高职物流管理专业学生终身学习能力培养模型和评价体系模型,以期通过该模型的应用潜移默化培养高职物流管理专业学生的终身学习能力。In the context of the rapid development of the Internet of Things,big data and artificial intelligence,the logistics industry is undergoing tremendous changes.In addition to the professional ability required by the industry and enterprises,students majoring in logistics management should pay more attention to the cultivation of life-long learning ability.Only by constantly learning new technologies,new theories and new knowledge,can we be qualified for logistics related professional positions and realize the synchronization of individual development and industry development.Based on the above talent training requirements,this paper constructs the training model and evaluation system model of the lifelong learning ability of logistics management major students in higher vocational colleges,in order to cultivate the lifelong learning ability of logistics management major students subtly through the application of the model.
