摘 要:优化二流体喷雾干燥技术制备微胶囊香精工艺,同时开展微胶囊香精在油墨中的应用研究。采用单因素试验对载油量、喷雾压力、送风温度和物料温度进行优化,并开展了微胶囊香精的储藏稳定性试验。载油量20%,喷雾压力0.2 MPa,送风温度180℃,物料温度50℃条件下,制备的微胶囊香精包埋率在96%以上,粒径D90为25μm左右,其在油墨中的分散性较好,对油墨几乎无影响。Optimizing of flavor microencapsule technology by two-fluid spray drying,while carrying out application research of flavor microencapsule in ink. Optimization of oil load,spray pressure,delivery air temperature and material temperature,while test the storage stability of flavor microencapsule. oil load was 20%,spray pressure was 0. 2 MPa,delivery air temperature was 180 ℃ and material temperature was 50 ℃,The encapsulation efficiency of microcapsule essence was above 96%,grain diameter was about 25 μm. The dispersion of microcapsule essence in the ink was better,and almost no effect on ink quality. In this study,the conditions of the preparation of microcapsule flavor by two-fluid spray drying technology were optimized,and the encapsulation efficiency was higher and the stability was better,and it had good application in ink.
