摘　　要：目的探讨外周血肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、乳酸(LA)和淋巴细胞计数水平在口腔癌发生及发展中的参考意义。方法选取北京口腔医院口腔癌住院患者55例作为实验组,健康陪护家属77例作为对照组。检测实验组与对照组、口腔癌早期与晚期患者外周血HGF、LA水平及淋巴细胞计数差异。结果实验组外周血HGF、LA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),淋巴细胞计数水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01);晚期口腔癌患者外周血HGF、LA水平显著高于早期患者(P<0.01),淋巴细胞计数水平在早、晚期口腔癌中无显著性差异(P>0.05)。HGF与LA水平显著正相关。结论口腔癌患者外周血HGF和LA水平显著升高,与口腔癌的发生及发展相关,是潜在的口腔癌早期诊断和病情进展的判断指标。Objective To determine the level of peripheral hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),lactic acid(LA)and lymphocyte in peripheral blood of patients with oral cancer.Methods A total of 55 oral cancer patients and 77 healthy people were included in the study.The peripheral blood was taken from the two groups.The levels of hepatocyte growth factor,lactic acid and lymphocyte were examined.Results The levels of HGF and LA in the oral cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),while,the lymphocyte count was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of HGF and LA in patients with advanced oral cancer were also significantly higher than those in patients with early oral oancer(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in lymphocyte count between early and advanced oral cancer(P>0.05).HGF was positively correlated with LA.Conclusions The levels of HGF and LA in the oral cancer patients increased,which may be a potential indicator for early diagnosis and progression of oral cancer.
