摘　　要：大学生职业发展教育与思想政治教育深度融合是高校落实立德树人根本任务的迫切要求,也是大学生职业发展教育课程建设的基本遵循,更是促进大学生成长和成才的重要保障。针对当前大学生职业发展教育与思想政治教育结合度不够、呈现"两张皮"的现象,本文提出"四原则"教学设计理念和"五维度"教学实施方案,从教学理念、教学方法、教学载体、教学师资、考核方式、评价体系等方面对大学生职业发展教育与思想政治教育的深度融合进行全面规划设计和具体实施,既解决大学生职业发展教育与思想政治教育所呈现的"两张皮"现象,更深化落实高校立德树人的根本任务,促进大学生成长成才。The deep integration of college students’career development education and ideological and political education is the urgent requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating students by virtue,the basic follow of the curriculum construction of college students’career development education,and the important guarantee for promoting the growth and talents of college students.This article put forward the"four principles"teaching design concept and the"five dimensions"teaching implementation plan,including teaching concept,teaching methods,teaching carrier,teaching faculty,evaluation methods,evaluation system to conduct a comprehensive design and a specific implementation for the deep integration of college students’career development education and ideological and political education,which can not only solve the college students’career development education and ideological and political education of"two pieces of skin"phenomenon,but also deepen the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating students by virtue,and promote the growth of college students.
