摘　　要：当今世界,人才竞争格局呈现新的变化,对人才生态环境的重视与涵养正成为众多国内外高科技园区的共同选择,雄安新区亦不例外。通过对雄安新区人才生态环境的指标设计与量化测评,可得出如下结论:雄安新区人才生态环境建设正处于蕴育生机的原生态阶段,形成了具有地域特色的人才种群和群落,但外来的高端高新产业人才群落尚未形成,与人才成长、成熟和再发展密切相关的教育、产业、公共服务环境对人才的滋养能力不足,急需补齐短板。因此,应以“双一流”大学建设为核心构建雄安现代教育网络,以“京雄同质化”为目标夯实雄安的公共服务基础,打造重视人才、服务人才的现代化治理环境。In today’s world,the competition pattern for talents is showing new changes.The emphasis on and conservation of the ecological environment for talents is becoming a common choice for many high-tech parks at home and abroad,and xiongan New Area is no exception.Through the index design and quantitative evaluation of the talent ecological environment in Xiongan New Area,the following conclusions are drawn:The construction of talent ecological environment in Xiongan New Area is in the original ecological stage of cultivating vitality,forming the talent population and community with regional characteristics,but the foreign talent community of high-end high-tech industry has not yet formed,and the education,industry and public service environment closely related to the growth,maturity and redevelopment of talents is not enough to nurture talents,so it is urgent to make up the weak links.Therefore,it is necessary to build a modern education network in Xiongan with the construction of“double first-class”universities as the core,to consolidate the public service foundation in Xiongan with the goal of“homogenization of Beijing and Xiong”,and to create a modern governance environment emphasizing and serving talents.
