自媒体赋能乡村教师专业学习的时代价值

摘　　要：乡村教师是建设高质量教育体系的基础支撑,专业学习是乡村教师素质能力提升的根本生长点。自媒体具有传播快速、内容新颖、学习灵活、互动便捷等特征,为乡村教师专业学习提供更加自主、更加开放、更加协作的学习环境,可以有效涵育乡村教师专业学习自主意识、促进专业实践智慧创生并提升专业学习协作成效。乡村教师应该树立终身学习的意识,充分把握新兴信息技术带来的机遇和挑战,批判性地借助自媒体进行专业学习,担当起高质量教育的建设者、学习型社会的引领者、教育现代化的助推者的时代重任。Rural teachers are the basic support for the construction of high-quality education system.Professional learning is the fundamental growth point of improving rural teachers’quality and ability.We media has the characteristics of fast communication,novel content,flexible learning and convenient interaction.It can provide a more independent,open and collaborative learning environment for rural teachers’professional learning.It can effectively cultivate rural teachers’professional learning autonomy,promote the creation of professional practice wisdom and enhance the effectiveness of professional learning cooperation.Rural teachers should establish the awareness of lifelong learning,fully grasp the opportunities and challenges brought by emerging information technology,critically carry out professional learning with the help of we media,and take on the important task of the times as the builder of high-quality education,the leader of learning society and the booster of educational modernization.
