摘 要:教育扶贫是国家赋予高校的社会职责,提升贫困地区职业教育和基础教育办学水平是实现高质量教育扶贫的最有效方式。根据贫困地区教育相对薄弱的实际,应以职业教育和基础教育师资专题培训项目为载体,以高校优质教育资源和人才培养优势为依托,针对当地师资队伍学历提升、教学能力、信息化素养、办学水平等具体情况,科学设计培训方案、创新培训模式,精准施策,提高整体教育质量,实现教育扶贫,主动作为脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴等国家战略。Poverty alleviation through education is the social responsibility entrusted by the state,and improving the level of vocational education and basic education in poor areas is the most effective way to achieve this goal in a high-quality manner.In the context of relatively backward education in poor areas,we should scientifically design training programs,innovate training modes and implement accurate measures based on the special training projects for teachers in vocational education and basic education,improve the overall quality of education and achieve poverty alleviation through education,and take the initiative to achieve the national strategy for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,taking the advantages of premium educational resources and talent training models in colleges,according to the local reality of academic advancement of teachers,teaching ability,information literacy and schooling level.
