摘  要:立德树人是新时代高校教育教学工作的中心环节,高校第二课堂建设是加强思想政治教育、落实立德树人根本任务的重要路径。当前,“大思政”背景下高校第二课堂立德树人的内涵提升机制面临道德唤醒、网络环境、评价督导等多方困境,应从体制机制构建、网络使用监管、评价激励机制设定和思政队伍建设等四个方面进行完善,以有效提升高校第二课堂立德树人的内涵。Under the background of macro ideological and political education,how to promote the connotation promotion mechanism of establishing morality and cultivating people in the second classroom of local colleges and universities has become the top priority.The limitation of a person’s development is reflected in his virtue.Only by cultivating his virtue well can a student be promoted to the right path,make use of what he has learned to contribute to the country,so as to promote the development of the country.Therefore,this paper studies the connotation promotion mechanism of establishing morality and cultivating people in the second classroom of local colleges and Universities under the background of macro ideological and political education,and proposes solution by examining the connotation and existing problems.
