摘　　要：新时代,高校学生公寓所具备的育人价值和功能愈发显著,传统陈旧的管理模式现已无法顺应时代发展需求,在一定限度上制约了高校思政工作发展。在此环境下,高校亟须针对以往公寓管理模式所存在问题展开深度分析,建设全新契合新时代发展要求的学生公寓管理观念和模式。基于新时代高校学生公寓管理的基本特征,分析了新时代高校学生公寓管理模式改革的困境,提出了新时代高校学生公寓管理模式改革的策略。In the new era,the educational value and function of college student apartments are becoming more and more significant.The traditional old management mode can not meet the development needs of the times,which restricts the development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities to a certain extent.In this environment,colleges and universities urgently need to carry out in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the previous apartment management mode,and build a new student apartment management concept and model that meets the development requirements of the new era.Based on the basic characteristics of college student apartment management in the new era,this paper analyzes the difficulties and puts forward strategies of college student apartment management mode reform in the new era.
