摘 要:基于选择国际基金会官方资料对荷兰选择标识进行了案例研究,发现选择标识以“勾选”为图标,以饱和脂肪、反式脂肪、钠、添加糖、膳食纤维含量阈值作为食物营养价值评判依据,并规定每隔4年进行修订,在预包装食品、生鲜食用农产品以及菜品中被广泛应用。文章结合中国实际情况借鉴选择标识经验,对中国社会团体启动与完善包装正面(FOP)标签提出启发。In order to provide enlightenments for Chinese social groups to start and improve front of package(FOP)labeling,this study employed case studies of the choices logo in Netherlands through official materials from the Choices International Foundation.It was found that the choices logo whose icon is a tick,evaluates the nutritional value of food based on threshold values of saturated fat,trans fat,sodium,added sugar and dietary fiber.Nutritional standards of the choices logo was required to be revised every four years.The choices logo could be applied to prepackaged foods,fresh edible products and dishes.Therefore,China should implement detailed,widely applicable and regularly updated nutrition standards by drawing lessons from the choices logo.
