摘  要:非物质文化遗产(简称"非遗")中的传统手工艺作为中华优秀传统文化的有机组成部分,承载着中华民族地域文化的审美特征,具有独特的艺术表现形式和组织架构形态。党的十八大以来,从国家层面积极出台"非遗"保护政策,旨在促进中华优秀传统文化的有序传承,使之发扬光大。各省市、各地区的高等院校拥有丰厚的学术和教学资源,高等院校利用资源优势对"非遗"传承人群进行有效培养,对我国文化事业的发展和中华优秀文脉的传承具有十分重要的战略意义,也能充分体现出高等院校服务社会、促进建立文化自信的责任担当。Traditional handicrafts in the Intangible Cultural Heritage(hereinafter referred to as the ICH),an essential part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,carry the aesthetic characteristics of the regional culture of the Chinese nation,and present unique artistic expressions and organizational structures. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ICH protection policies have been actively introduced at the national level to promote the orderly inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. With the abundant academic and teaching resources,the colleges and universities in cities,provinces,and regions should utilize the resource advantages to effectively cultivate the ICH inheritors. It is not only strategically significant for the development of the country’s cultural undertakings and the inheritance of Chinese cultural essence. It is also a powerful demonstration of the accountability of the institutions of higher education to serve the society and promote the establishment of cultural self-confidence.
