摘　　要：根据湖南涉外经济学院本科毕业论文/设计工作的实际,重点研究了满足高素质应用型人才培养个性需求的本科毕业综合训练模式改革问题。构建了由传统毕业论文/设计和毕业汇报演出、项目策划、作品设计与展示、创新训练项目等多种形式共存的本科毕业论文综合训练体系。在此基础上明确了构建本科毕业论文综合训练体系的基本原则和质量评价标准,对培养高素质应用型人才具有重要的实际意义。According to the actual work of undergraduate graduation thesis and graduation design of Hunan International Economics University,this paper focuses on the reform of undergraduate graduation comprehensive training mode that meets the individual needs of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents.A comprehensive training system of undergraduate graduation thesis is constructed,which consists of traditional graduation thesis/graduation design and graduation report performance,project planning,work design and exhibition,innovative training project and other forms.On this basis,the basic principles and quality evaluation standards of constructing the comprehensive training system of undergraduate graduation thesis is defined,which is of great practical significance to the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents.
