摘  要:我国正在建设创新型国家和世界科技强国。当下科技人才发展现状与科技创新发展需求不对称,其中一个表现是科技人才结构性矛盾突出,科技创新领军人才不足。立足未来技术学院的建设需要,通过对科技创新领军人才的缺口进行分析,借鉴美国康奈尔技术校区等美国大学的人才培养经验,提出启动科技创新领军人才的跨学科培养工程,为建设科技强国、高等教育强国,服务经济高质量发展,实现中华民族的伟大复兴奠定人才基础。China is trying to build itself into an innovative country and a world power in science and technology.Currently,the status quo of the development of science and technology talents is asymmetric with the development needs of science and technology innovation.One of the manifestations is that the structural contradictions of science and technology talents are prominent and the leading talents of science and technology innovation are insufficient.Based on the needs of future college construction,and by analyzing the gap of leading talents in scientific and technological innovation and learning from the talent training experience of American universities such as Cornell Tech,the author proposes to launch an interdisciplinary training project for leading talents in science and technology innovation,in order to provide talents for building a strong power in science and technology and higher education,to serve high-quality economic development,and to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
