摘 要:基于自我决定理论,通过两阶段数据采集,以359份工匠技能人才为样本进行了实证检验,探索并构建了以工作激情为中介变量,以及以员工薪酬水平感知为调节变量的职场地位对职业使命感的影响过程模型。研究结果表明:职场地位对职业使命感有正向影响;工作激情部分中介了职场地位和职业使命感之间的关系;员工薪酬水平感知削弱了职场地位和工作激情之间的关系,同时还削弱了工作激情在职场地位与职业使命感之间的间接效应。Based on the Self-determination Theory, 359 craftsmen talents were selected as samples through two-stage data collection to conduct empirical tests. The process model of the influence of workplace status on career calling was explored and constructed, with passion as the mediating variable and pay understanding as the moderating variable. Research results show that workplace status has a positive impact on career calling;Passion partially mediated the relationship between workplace status and career calling;Pay understanding weakens the relationship between workplace status and passion, and also weakens the indirect effect between workplace status and career calling.
