摘　　要：该文根据专业的教学实践与导师制的现势需求,分析了GIS专业实施导师制的必要性,制定了导师制的保障措施,以学生参与导师科研项目、组织实施大学生科研训练计划为主抓手,贯彻执行导师制。教学实践表明:导师制有助于形成教学相长的育人环境、提升教学质量、吸引优质生源,对专业建设、学科发展有重要促进作用。该文可为专业导师制的实施提供参考。According to the teaching practice and the current demand of tutorial system,this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the tutorial system in GIS specialty,formulates the safeguard measures of the tutorial system,and implements the tutorial system by focusing on students’participation in tutor scientific research projects and organizing the implementation of College Students’scientific research training plans.The teaching practice shows that the tutorial system can help to form a teaching environment,improve teaching quality,attract high-quality students,and promote the construction of specialty and the development of subject.This paper can provide reference for the implementation of professional tutorial system.
