摘 要:目的:探讨Seminar与案例教学法(CBL)相结合教学模式在普外科临床实习中的应用效果。方法:选取2014级临床医学的本科生共40名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20名。试验组学生采用以Seminar结合CBL教学模式,对照组学生采用传统教学模式(LBL)。两组对比分析教学效果。结果:试验组学生理论考试及临床技能考核的平均分数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对Seminar、CBL结合式教学模式的评价明显高于对照组学生对传统教学法的评价,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用Seminar与CBL相结合教学模式能够更好地提高实习生的理论成绩与实践操作技能,提高其综合素质,提升实习生对培养方案的满意度,这种教学模式可以为普外科教学提供新的思路。Objective To study the application of method of Seminar combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching in clinical practice in the department of general surgery.Method 40 trainee students of grade 2014 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 students in each group.Experimental group was used with the Seminar combined with case teaching method.Control group was used with traditional teaching method(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL).The teaching effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Theory and clinical skills examination result of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The students were more satisfied in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).The evaluation was much higher in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The way of Seminar combined with CBL teaching can improve the ability of clinical practice and the ability to solve the problem,improve the comprehensive competence of students,can provide new ideas for the general surgery teaching.
