摘  要:脱落酸是一种天然防植物脱水和萎蔫的植物激素。为了考察脱落酸对储藏鲜参的保鲜效果,采用不同浓度的脱落酸处理储藏鲜参,并研究其对鲜参的生理活性及质量指标的影响。结果表明,当脱落酸浓度为40μmol/L时,超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等酶活较自然对照组升高较少;同时,人参皂苷、挥发油、人参单糖及寡糖、多糖、蛋白等内在质量保持较好;另外,外观感官指标腐烂程度较轻,该试验以期为鲜参保鲜贮存提供参考依据。Abscisic acid(ABA) was a natural plant hormone which could prevent dehydration and wilting of plants. In order to investigate the effect of ABA on fresh-keeping of fresh-keeping Ginseng, different concentrations of ABA were used to treat fresh-keeping ginseng, and the effects of ABA on physiological activity and quality index were studied. The results showed that when abscisic acid concentration was 40 μmol/L, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and Catalase(CAT) increased less than those of the natural control group, and the intrinsic quality of ginsenoside, volatile oil,ginsenoside, oligosaccharide, polysaccharide, protein and so on were maintained well. In addition, the organoleptic index of the fresh ginseng was slightly decayed so as to provide a reference for fresh-keeping.
