摘 要:针对阈值切换有效性较差导致食品灌装机械压力控制性能受限的问题,基于模糊切换对一般复合控制方法进行改进,提出一种基于模糊切换的食品灌装机械压力自动控制方法。该方法进行单一PID控制和单一模糊控制分析,根据分析结果设计模糊切换方式,优化一般模糊PID复合控制方法,实现食品灌装机械压力自动控制。结果表明,与单一PID控制方法、单一模糊控制方法、一般模糊PID复合控制方法相比,应用该方法,平均灌装质量误差(0.021 4 g)降低、封装合格率(98.4%)提高、工作时间内灌装数量(36 522瓶)增多,由此证明该方法的控制性能更优。Aiming at the problem that the effectiveness of threshold switching results in the limitation of the pressure control performance of food filling machinery, the general composite control method is improved based on fuzzy switching, and an automatic pressure control method for food filling machinery based on fuzzy switching is proposed. This method analyzes single PID control and single fuzzy control, designs the fuzzy switching mode according to the analysis results, optimizes the general fuzzy PID composite control method, and realizes automatic pressure control of food filling machinery. The results show that compared with the single PID control method, single fuzzy control method, and general fuzzy PID composite control method, under the application of this method, the average filling quality error(0.021 4 g) has reduced, the packaging pass rate(98.4%) has improved, and during working time the number of internal fillings(36 522 bottles) has increased, which proves that the control performance of this method is better.
