摘 要:在国家职业教育政策及经济转型的背景下,对职业教育发展的要求越来越高,这就对高职院校"双师型"师资队伍的发展提出了新的挑战。文章基于素质导向,指出了目前"双师型"师资队伍发展存在的问题:"双师型"教师数量缺口大,队伍不合理,兼职教师发展缓慢,激励效果欠缺。文章对此提出了解决对策,加强实践能力培养,基于教学改革发展教师队伍,调整专兼职教师比例,健全考核激励政策。Under the background of national vocational education policy and economic transformation,the demand for the development of vocational education is getting higher and higher,which poses a new challenge to the development of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on the quality orientation,this paper points out the problems existing in the development of"doublequalified"teachers:the large gap in the number of"double-qualified"teachers,the unreasonable team,the slow development of part-time teachers and the lack ofincentive effect.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve this problem,strengthen the cultivation of practical ability,develop teachers based on teaching reform,adjust the proportion of full-time and part-time teachers,and improve the assessment and incentive policy.
