摘 要:《波谱解析》作为药学专业学生的专业基础课程,熟练的波谱解析能力是从事药物研发等相关工作的前提和基础。然而,本课程内容复杂,理论抽象,传统的教学模式下学生普遍感觉内容枯燥和学习吃力,因此亟需进行教学改革来满足“新医科”背景下药学人才培养的要求。笔者在多年教学实践的基础上,优化教学模式,注重线上与线下互补,突出理论与实践融合,加强教学能力提升,改革成绩评定方法,取得了良好的教学效果。Spectral Analysis is one of the basic professional courses for undergraduates majoring in Pharmacy, proficiency in Spectral Analysis is the prerequisite and basis to researcher engaged in drug research and development. Nevertheless, it is considered as the most difficult course because of its abstract and complex content under the traditional teaching mode. Therefore, teaching reform is urgently needed to meet the requirements of Pharmacy education under the background of "new medical science". Teaching reform was carried out on teaching model, teaching of online and offline, combination of the teaching of theory and practice and achievement evaluation referenced to our teaching practice in these years. Remarkable effect was achieved through the teaching reform.
