摘  要:高校众创空间具有人才资源、企业资源及教学科研设备等优势,发挥其协同育人功能,对于实现高校新工科建设目标具有重要意义。信阳师范学院依托国家级众创空间“南湖创星”创新创业平台,通过构建激励保障机制、校企合作共建师资、打造线上线下创新课程资源、多渠道开展创新创业训练、设置新工科创新实验班等方式,挖掘众创空间协同育人潜力,对于地方高校探索新工科背景下的众创空间协同育人人才培养新模式具有参考价值。The maker space in universities and colleges gives full play to its cooperative education function with its strengths,such as talent resources,enterprise resources and teaching and scientific research equipment and so forth.It is of great significance to realize the goal of construction of new engineering in universities and colleges.Xinyang Normal University makes full use of the innovation and entrepreneurship platform"Nanhu Chuang Xing",a national maker space,and a number of ways to tap maker space's development potential of cooperative education,such as to construct teaching guarantee and stimulation mechanism,to build a community between universities and enterprise,to develop innovative online and offline curriculum resources,to conduct training on innovation and entrepreneurship through multiple channel and to set up emerging engineering experimental classes.All of these can work as reference for local universities and colleges to explore the new talents training model of cooperative education of maker space,which is based on the construction of new engineering.
