摘　　要：该文介绍澳门镜湖护理学院的科研管理制度,包括学院教研团队的组成、科研项目管理体系、科研质量保证机制,并列举学院推动教研团队学术能力成长的发展策略,为同类院校建设护理专业教研团队、提升科研水平提供借鉴。This article introduces the research management system of Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macao,including the composition of the college’s teaching and research team,research project management system,research quality assurance mechanism.This article lists the development strategies to promote the growth of the academic ability of the teaching and research team,and to build nursing majors which can provide reference of teaching and research team to improve research level for similar colleges.
