摘 要:湿法脱硫系统因其惯性大、延迟高、不确定性等特点,使用传统PID调节系统很难控制,同时以pH值为被控对象,控制系统存在pH值波动大、反应缓慢、代表性低等缺点,提出一种基于出口SO2为被控对象的优化控制策略,并引入供浆品质补偿的概念,以理论供浆量作为前馈,根据工况进行浆液补偿与模糊规则修正,使用机组负荷和总风量的拟合代替原有脱硫入口烟气流量,提高时效性。实际运行结果表明,优化后的脱硫系统在保证长时间自动投运的同时,降低浆液循环泵的启停频率,减少运行人员劳动强度,节省浆液量,保障电厂经济效益,达到节能降耗的目的。Due to its characteristics of large inertia,high delay and uncertainty,the wet desulfurization system is difficult to control by using the traditional PID regulation system.At the same time,taking the pH value as the controlled object,the control system has the disadvantages of large pH value fluctuation,slow response and low representativeness.An optimal control strategy based on outlet SO_(2) is proposed,and the concept of slurry supply quality compensation is introduced,Taking the theoretical slurry supply as the feedforward,slurry compensation and fuzzy rule correction are carried out according to the working conditions,and the fitting of unit load and total air volume is used to replace the original flue gas flow at the desulfurization inlet,so as to improve the timeliness.The actual operation results show that the optimized desulfurization system not only ensures long-term automatic operation,but also reduces the start and stop frequency of slurry circulating pump,reduces the labor intensity of operators,saves slurry,ensures the economic benefits of power plant,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
