摘　　要：【目的/意义】目前越来越多学者聚焦于创业生态系统的研究。为了明晰创业生态系统演化和知识治理之间的协同效应,构建了创业生态系统演化及其多主体知识治理结构协同模型。【方法/过程】回顾和梳理了创业生态系统的相关研究,分析了创业生态系统生命周期不同阶段及与之相匹配的知识治理结构,进一步解释了基于不同创业生态系统类型的多主体知识治理结构的协同机理。【结果/结论】在创业生态系统初创阶段的主要知识治理结构为分层治理,系统中各参与主体的交互依赖于核心主体主导的单向知识流动,体现出知识协同演化的特点;在成熟阶段的主要知识治理结构为关系治理,系统中的核心主体不再具有核心地位,各参与主体基于双向知识流动共同发挥作用,体现出知识协同与竞争的演化特点。【创新/局限】构建了创业生态系统演化及其多主体知识治理结构协同模型,在未来的研究中,可利用实证方法为创业生态系统研究提供实践指导。【Purpose/significance】More and more scholars are now focusing on the research of entrepreneurial ecosystem.To clarify the synergistic effects between entrepreneurial ecosystem evolution and knowledge governance,a synergistic model of entrepreneurial ecosystem evolution and its multi-actor knowledge governance structure is constructed.【Method/process】Relevant studies on entrepreneurial ecosystems are reviewed and sorted out,different stages of the life cycle of entrepreneurial ecosystems and their matching knowledge governance structures are analyzed,and the synergistic mechanisms of multi-actor knowledge governance structures based on different entrepreneurial ecosystem types are further explained.【Result/conclusion】In the initial stage of entrepreneurial ecosystem,the main knowledge governance structure is hierarchical governance.The interaction of the participants in ecosystem depends on the unidirectional knowledge flow dominated by the key agent,reflecting the characteristics of synergistic knowledge evolution;In the mature stage,the main structure of knowledge governance is relational governance.The key actors in the system no longer have the core status.All participants play a role based on two-way knowledge flow,reflecting the evolution characteristics of knowledge collaboration and competition.【Innovation/limitation】A model of entrepreneurial ecosystem evolution and its synergistic multi-actor knowledge governance structure is constructed,and the empirical approach can be used to provide practical guidance for entrepreneurial ecosystem research in future studies.
