摘 要:目的对住院医师规范化培训教学中临床模拟参与式教学法的应用效果进行评价。方法选择于2017年7月—2019年6月在本院进行规范化培训的2017级、2018级住培医师的作为研究对象,2017级67名学员作为对照组,2018级92名学员作为研究组。因2017年医院临床技能中心建设未完成,故对照组实施常规教学,研究组实施临床模拟参与式教学法教学,最后分析两组的教学效果。结果考核结果显示,研究组住培医师理论知识考核得分、临床操作考核得分以及病例分析考核平均分高于对照组(P<0.05);住培医师对教学效果评价、教学满意度比较,研究组各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将临床模拟参与式教学法应用在住院医师规范化培训教学中,教学效果明显,是可靠、有效率且易于实行的教学方法。Objective To evaluate the application effect of participatory clinical simulation teaching method in the standardized training of residents.Methods Grade 2017 and 2018 residents trained from July 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were chosen as the object of study.67 residents in Grade 2017 taught by conventional methods were selected as the control group since the hospital's clinical skill center was not yet built in 2017.92 residents in Grade 2018 who received clinical simulation teaching were selected as the research group.The teaching effects of the two groups were finally analyzed.Results The results indicated that the average scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical operation and case analysis in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation and satisfaction of teaching effect in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The participatory clinical simulation teaching method is reliable,effective and easy to implement in standardized training of resident.
