摘　　要：目的探讨眼底镜模拟训练系统在全科医师眼科规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月—2020年9月在同济大学附属同济医院眼科规范化培训基地轮转的34名全科医师为研究对象。随机分为实验组(眼底镜模拟训练系统辅助带教)和对照组(传统带教),每组17名,在培训前后,分别对两组全科医师的理论和技能操作进行考核,比较两组全科规培医师的考核成绩和对眼科培训教学的满意度。结果培训后两组的总成绩均较培训前明显提高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后实验组操作考成绩及对培训的整体评价均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用眼底镜模拟训练系统辅助临床带教能明显提高全科规培医生眼底检查的临床技能培训效果,提高眼科培训的满意度,是一种较好的教学方法。Objective To explore the effect of ophthalmoscopy simulation training system in the ophthalmology rotation for general practice residency standardized training.Methods A total of 34 general practitioners who were trained in the ophthalmology base of the Affiliated Tongji Hospital of Tongji University from July 2016 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.There are 17 students in each group.The experimental group was taught with the ophthalmoscopy simulation training system,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.After the completion of probation theory and Skills Operation Assessment and after-school questionnaire.Results After the training,the total scores of the two groups of students were significantly higher than those before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the experimental group students skills operation test results and overall satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ophthalmoscopy simulation training system can significantly improve the teaching effect of general practice residency standardized training on fundus diseases.It can obviously improve the effect of skill training and the training satisfaction.It is a good skill teaching method and can be applied in skill training.
