医院在职医务人员继续教育现状及其对策研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医院在职医务人员继续教育现状及其对策。方法对本院在职医务人员继续教育情况进行调查并分析。结果对已经参加过继续教育并按照规定完成学分的120名医务人员进行调查,结果显示相较于培训地点较远、身体状况较差以及家庭负担较重这些原因,经费紧张以及工作繁忙所占比例较重,其中工作繁忙所占比例高达70.83%,经费紧张所占比例达到12.50%;调查在职医务人员对于继续医学教育内容需求中得知,多数医务人员希望更多的对新业务新知识(74.17%)以及专科理论与技能(58.33%)、健康知识教育(51.67%)进行学习;在对继续医学教育中存在的问题进行调查时发现,培训内容较为陈旧(45.83%)以及管理不规范(37.50%)为主要问题;在职医务人员多选择在好医生网站(54.17%)以及学习班(45.83%)进行继续医学教育。结论医务管理者应对继续教育管理模式进行改进,提高医务人员对于继续教育的正确认知,并为医务人员进行继续教育提供更多的学习途径,最终达到提高医务人员综合素养的目的。Objective To explore the present situation and countermeasures of continuing education for medical staff in hospital.Methods To investigate and analyze the continuing education of medical staff in our hospital.Results A survey of 120 medical personnel who had attended continuing education and completed their credits in accordance with the regulations showed that,compared with the reasons for the distance from the training site,the poor physical condition and the heavy burden on the family,the proportion of the staff who were busy was as high as 70.83%and the proportion of the staff who were under tight as 12.50%.In the survey of the demand for continuing medical education content,the majority of the medical staff wanted more new knowledge of the new business(74.17%),as well as specialized theory and skills(58.33%),and health education(51.67%).Table 2 In the investigation of the problems existing in continuing medical education,it was found that the training content was relatively old(45.83%)and the management was not standardized(37.50%)as the main problems,and the on-the-job medical staff chose to carry out continuing medical education on the good doctor's website(54.17%)and in the study class(45.83%)as the main problem.Conclusion medical managers should improve the management mode of continuing education,improve the correct cognition of continuing education,and provide more learning ways for medical personnel to carry out continuing education.Finally,the purpose of improving the comprehensive literacy of medical personnel is achieved.
