摘　　要：本文研究了滁州职业技术学院成人高等教育教学模式及面临的问题,结合滁职的“安徽继续教育在线”平台和线下教学状况,阐述了课程的设计、教学安排、系统构架、教学模式、教学团队的构建和实施,从理论与实践的结合上探究传统成人高等教育的改善途径。通过使用基于“互联网+”的成人教育教学管理,教学实施过程得到改善、学生学习时长提高、教学团队建设得到加强、学生学习效果提高,解决了“工学矛盾”“家学矛盾”,促进滁州职业技术学院成人教育的发展。This paper studies the teaching mode and problems of adult higher education in Chuzhou Polytechnic,combined with the"Anhui Continuing Education Online"platform and offline teaching situation in Chuzhou Polytechnic.This paper expounds the curriculum design,teaching arrangement,system architecture,teaching mode,construction and implementation of teaching team,and explores the improvement ways of traditional adult higher education from the combination of theory and practice.Through the use of teaching management system based on"Internet+"for adult education,the implementation process of teaching has been improved,the learning time students have been improved,the construction of teaching team has been strengthened,and the learning effect of students have been improved.It solves the"Contradiction between work and study"and"Contradiction between family and school",and promotes the development of adult education in Chuzhou Polytechnic.
