大数据与人工智能法学方向研究生人才培养模式探索——基于东南大学的“三元融合”教育实践

摘　　要：法律大数据与人工智能发展驶入“快车道”,法律大数据与人工智能行业对复合型、交叉型人才的高需求与法学教育中对于法律大数据与人工智能专门人才培养的相对滞后形成鲜明对比。东南大学法学院依托最高人民法院在东南大学设立的全国首家人民法院司法大数据研究基地,设立法律大数据与人工智能研究生人才培养方向,探索“小规模、宽领域、大生态”的“三元融合”法律大数据与人工智能研究生人才培养理念,构建“四位一体”法律大数据与人工智能研究生人才培养体系,使法律大数据与人工智能领军学科的引领地位逐步确立,领军人才培养效果日益显著,师生成果社会影响不断壮大,打造了法律大数据与人工智能领军人才培养的“东大样本”。The development of big data and artificial intelligence in law has entered the“fast lane”.The high demand for compound and interdisciplinary talent in the industry of big data and artificial intelligence in law has formed the sharp contrast with delayed cultivation of the specialized compound talent of big data and artificial intelligence in law in legal education.Based on the first research base of people's court judicial big data,which was supported by the Supreme People's Court in Southeast University,the Law School of Southeast University has set up the cultivation of the direction of big data and artificial intelligence in law.The law school has been exploring the“Triple Integration”of“small size,broad fields and macro ecosystem”to integrate big data and artificial intelligence in postgraduate legal education.In this way,a“four-in-one”postgraduate talent cultivation system has been established,which also gradually establishes the leading position of big data and artificial intelligence in postgraduate legal education,and the effect of leading talent training has become increasingly significant.In the meantime,the social impact of both teachers'and students'academic outcomes has continued to grow,which creates a“Southeast University Model”for cultivating leading legal talent of big data and artificial intelligence.
