摘　　要：伴随着信息化时代的到来,信息技术和大数据的利用成为近年来高等教育内部质量保障体系建设研究和实践的重要内容。“四化一性”教学质量监控与评价体系既体现了高校教学质量保障的核心要素,又发挥了智能时代的优势,凸显了学院的主体责任和地位,并在实践中得到了检验,为高等教育质量保障体系建设探索了一条有效的路径。With the advent of the information age,the use of information technology and big data has be-come the important content in the research and practice on the construction of the internal quality assur-ance system of higher education in recent years.The teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system with"four dimensions plus one subjectivity"not only embodies the core elements of teaching quality as-surance in colleges and universities,but also gives full play to the advantages of the intelligent age,and highlights the main responsibility and status of the subordinate schools.This system has been tested in practice,which has explored an effective path for the construction of higher education quality assurance system.
