摘  要:中国共产成立党百年来,高校师德政策发展经历了孕育阶段、萌芽阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段、繁荣阶段五个时期,建立了相对完善的高等教育师德政策体系,其演进逻辑表现出价值取向上从“工具理性”到“价值理性”、政策内容上从“笼统模糊”到“系统精细”、政策活动上从“经验理性”到“规范民主”转变的特点。未来,我国高校师德政策建设应加强政策研究,深化对师德内涵的把握,遵循高校教师的工作规律,不断完善高校师德政策体系以提升政策效能。In the past 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the development of teacher’s ethics policy in universities has gone through such five stages as gestation stage,germination stage,development stage,mature stage,and prosperity stage.A relatively perfect system of teacher’s ethics policy in higher education has been established,and the logic of its evolution shows such characteristics of change as the value orientation from“instrumental rationality”to“value rationality”,the policy content from“general and fuzzy”to“systematic and fine”,and the policy activity from“empirical rationality”to“normative democracy”.In the future construction of teacher’s ethics policy,we should strengthen the policy research,deepen the grasp of the connotation of teacher’s ethics,follow the working rules of university teachers,and constantly improve the policy system of teacher’s ethics so as to improve the policy efficiency.
