珠海市香洲区外贸企业转型升级的融资约束与对策

摘　　要：中美贸易摩擦不仅影响对美出口的企业,而且通过核心企业影响其上下游企业,对整体经济的负面作用超出预期,并影响对美出口企业的融资能力及非对美出口企业的议价能力及融资能力。大多数企业除融资约束之外,还存在劳动力不足困境、信息渠道不畅困境、新市场文化距离困境,期待政府可以通过相应平台解决这些问题。建议政府面向外贸企业,打造有针对性的知识平台,提供技术、法律、宗教、文化以及贸易、金融相关的线上课程学习方案,构建中小外贸企业信息收集平台,嵌入区块链技术,借由海关、税务及其他相关机构数据实现横向共享。The trade friction between China&the U.S.affects not only U.S.exporters,but also their upstream and downstream companies through core companies,and has a more negative impact on the overall economy than expected,as well as on the ability to finance U.S.exporters and non-U.S.exporters.In addition to financing constraints,most enterprises also have labor shortage dilemma,information channel is not smooth dilemma,new market culture distance dilemma,expect the government can solve these problems through the corresponding platform.It is suggested that the government should create a targeted knowledge platform for foreign trade enterprises,provide online courses in technology,law,religion,culture,trade and finance,construct information collection platforms for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,embed blockchain technology,and share data from customs,taxation and other related institutions horizontally.
