摘 要:随着国家“健康中国2030”战略的提出和健康生活消费理念逐步深入人心,由传统白酒融合中医食药进行融合创新研究的新型养生白酒应运而生。酒文化作为人们在长期酿酒、饮酒等活动过程中形成的特定文化形态,是酿酒业的核心竞争力。本文试图从中医传统理论和中药现代化出发,基于传统白酒文化的“守正创新”,探究促进养生白酒产业发展的养生酒文化的打造。With the proposal of national“Healthy China 2030”strategy and the popularity of the concept of healthy consumption,a new type of healthy Baijiu,which is based on the integration of traditional Baijiu and traditional Chinese medicine,has emerged.As a specific cultural form formed during long-term liquor-making and drinking activities,Baijiu culture is the core competitiveness of Baijiu industry.Therefore,this article proceeds from the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the modernization of Chinese medicine,and based on the inheritance and innovation of traditional Baijiu culture,explores the construction of healthy Baijiu culture that promotes the development of healthy Baijiu industry.
