摘　　要：党外高层次人才是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,具有鲜明的群体特征,作者在对人才队伍建设过程中存在的问题进行分析、探索的基础上,提出高校在党外高层次人才队伍建设中要建立健全领导机制、培育机制、服务机制以及密切的联系机制,创新高校党外高层次人才队伍建设的相关工作模式,完善工作体系。High-level non-party talents are an important part of the talent team of colleges and universities,with distinct group characteristics.This paper puts forward that colleges and universities should establish and perfect the leading mechanism,training mechanism,service mechanism and close contact mechanism in the construction of non-Party high-level talent team,innovate the relevant work mode of non-Party high-level talent team construction in colleges and universities,and perfect the work system.
