高职城乡规划专业教学标准研制的实践探索

摘　　要：通过对高职城乡规划专业教学标准研制过程解读,分析城乡规划领域人才需求、行业变革、新技术发展、人才培养现状、初始就业岗位和工作任务与岗位能力要求,指出高职城乡规划人才培养存在的问题,提出标准研制重点解决问题,形成了涵盖人才培养的目标、内容、实施、保障四大核心要素组成的高职城乡规划专业教学标准,为专业、课程建设提供参考和依据。This paper analyzes the development process of teaching standards for urban and rural planning in higher vocational colleges,the demand for talents in the field of Urban and Rural Planning,industry reform,new technology development,current situation of talent training,initial employment positions,work tasks and post ability requirements.This study points out the problems existing in the professional training of Urban and Rural Planning in higher vocational colleges,puts forward the key problems to be solved in the development of standards,and forms the professional teaching standards of Urban and Rural Planning in higher vocational colleges,which are composed of four core elements including the goal,content,implementation and guarantee of talent training.This study provides reference and basis for the construction of specialty and curriculum.
