摘  要:为了应对更加多元化的办公环境,提升新员工工作绩效,对“现场+远程”新型办公模式下的新员工进行研究。通过使用SPSS软件,构建不同因子的5种模型和运用多项逻辑回归,证明人岗匹配与新员工主动社会化、工作绩效均存在显著正相关关系,与任务绩效和学习绩效相比,创新绩效与主动社会化呈强相关关系,其中,主动社会化起部分中介作用。新员工的待遇-期望水平较高(不是最高)时,更容易表现出低水平绩效而不是高水平绩效。In order to cope with the more diversified office environment and improve the performance of new employees,the new employees in the new office mode of“on-site and remote”was studied.By using SPSS software,constructing five models of different factors and using multiple logical regressions,which proves that there is a significant positive correlation between job matching and new employees'active socialization and job performance,and that innovation performance and active socialization are strong correlations compared with task performance and learning performance.Among them,active socialization plays part of the intermediary role.When treatment-expectations fit of new employees are high(not the highest),it is more likely to show low-level performance than high-level performance.
