摘　　要：大学生公益创业团队的团队协作、组织氛围、管理机制以及领导关系与提升组织绩效密切相关。通过对广东省208个大学生公益创业团队的调查,分析了大学生公益创业组织发展中存在的问题及成因,发现了大学生公益创业团队价值观与组织绩效存在密切的关系。提出了构建大学生公益创业的扶持体系和加强组织自身的能力建设等改进对策和实施建议,以期为大学生公益创业中的团队价值观与组织绩效中可能出现的问题提供解决思路,推动大学生公益创业事业的发展。The team cooperation,organizational climate,management mechanism and leadership relationship of College Students'public entrepreneurship team are closely related to the improvement of organizational performance.Based on the survey of 208 college students'public entrepreneurship teams in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the development of College Students'public entrepreneurship organizations,and finds that there is a close relationship between the values of College Students'public entrepreneurship teams and organizational performance.In order to provide solutions to the problems that may appear in the team values and organizational performance of College Students'public entrepreneurship,and promote the development of College Students'public entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward some improvement countermeasures and implementation suggestions,such as constructing the support system of College Students'public entrepreneurship and strengthening the ability construction of the organization itself.
