摘  要:我国职业院校目前实施以工作过程系统化为主的课程开发模式。随着人才培养国际化的提出,成果导向教学理念愈发受到职业院校的重视。针对职业教育课程开发特点和要求,从溯源理念、策略步骤、目标内容、实施评价等多维度比较分析两种理念的异同,我国职业教育课程开发应以工作过程系统化为基础,融入成果导向智慧理念,形成具有中国特色的职业教育课程开发模式。At present,vocational colleges in China implement the curriculum development model based on systematic working process.With the internationalization of personnel training,the concept of results-oriented teaching has been paid more and more attention by vocational colleges.In view of the characteristics and requirements of vocational education curriculum development,this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the two concepts from multiple dimensions such as traceability concept,strategic steps,target content and implementation evaluation.It is believed that Chinese vocational education curriculum development should be based on the systematization of working process and integrated with the results-oriented wisdom concept to form a vocational education curriculum development model with Chinese characteristics.
