校企合作模式下动物细胞工程实验教学改革实践探索

摘　　要：近年,生物产业迅速发展,对高校人才培养提出了新要求。本文以校企合作教学模式为出发点,对动物细胞工程实验项目、授课模式、教学方法、考核方式等进行改革。通过改革,学生学习积极性、实践能力、创新能力、教学效果、企业对毕业生的满意度及学生对工作岗位适应度显著提高。In recent years,the rapid development of biological industry has put forward new requirements for talents training in colleges and universities.Based on the school-enterprise cooperative teaching mode,this paper reformed the experimental items,teaching modes,teaching methods and examination methods of animal cell engineering.Through the reform,students’learning enthusiasm,practical ability,innovation ability,teaching effect,enterprises’satisfaction with graduates and students’adaptability to the job have been significantly improved.
