摘 要:在"卓越育人"和"建设双一流"理念的价值引领下,如何解决学前教师本科人才培养过程中的结构性问题以及培养什么样的学前教师成为摆在各高校面前的首要任务。本研究选取中美八所高校学前本科人才培养方案为研究对象,从人才培养目标、专业课程设置、专业实践进行比较分析,并结合我国学前教育本科人才培养现状,提出几点反思:一是学前教育价值取向的引领和顺应之辩;二是专业核心中学科特性与基础之问;三是专业实践中实然与应然之争,为学前本科阶段人才培养提出有益思考和借鉴。Under the guidance of the concepts of"excellence in education"and"building double first-class",how to solve the structural problems in the cultivation of preschool teachers and what kind of preschool teachers should be cultivated has become the primarytask for universities.This study selects eight preschool undergraduate talent cultivation programs both in China and the United States as the research objects,and conducts comparative analysis from talent cultivation objectives,professional curriculum and professional practice,and puts forward several reflections in the light of the current situation of preschool undergraduate talent cultivation in China:first,the debate of leading and conforming to the value orientation of preschool education;second,the question of disciplinary identity and foundation in the core of professionalism;and the third is the debate on what is real and what should be in the professional practice,which provides meaningful thoughts and useful suggestions for the undergraduate talent cultivation.
